Production Technician

Cure Talent are seeking a Production Technician to join a leading medical organisation in Didcot, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge products within a highly regulated industry.

In this role you will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality products by following precise work instructions and adhering to strict quality standards, helping to make a tangible difference in the healthcare sector.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate embroidery and sewing machines, prepare components, and perform intricate hand-sewing tasks.
• Undertake sub-assembly manufacturing, final assembly of delivery systems and assist with packaging.
• Learn and develop new production techniques, assist in creating work instructions, and contribute to training and process improvements.
• Maintain cleanroom standards to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures and written instructions accurately.
• Experience working with a microscope
• Strong manual dexterity for handling intricate assembly and sewing tasks.
• Experience working in cleanroom environments is desirable but not essential.
