What is Bundle?

An exclusive talent partnership for a defined number of hires with a fixed cost per hire pricing model – The more you hire, the less it costs!

Your dedicated Bundle Talent Partner will build an unparalleled understanding of your business and EVP. This allows us to not only form bespoke talent attraction strategies fit for each hire you plan to make, but also maximise how we make your opportunities stand out in a crowded job marketplace.

Data-driven insights, agile 'stop-start’ support, automation, and artificial intelligence (AI) also play a part in ensuring we secure the talent you need.

How is it delivered?

Your dedicated Bundle Talent Partner is assigned and an onsite meeting is arranged. The more you share in this meeting with your talent partner, the faster they will be able to deliver positive outcomes.

Each planned hire will start with a discovery and planning meeting with the relevant hiring manager; this typically takes an hour to complete over Teams/Zoom or in person. This essential stage forms the deep understanding required to build a bespoke talent attraction strategy for each specific role (if for example you need to hire 5 Design Engineers you wouldn’t need to do this 5 times).

From here, we get to work on your talent shortlist; we aim to deliver a minimum of 3 qualified candidates per role and utilise technology to help streamline your selection process.

When the right candidate(s) has been selected, we provide a comprehensive on-boarding and aftercare service to maximise integration and retention of your new team member(s).

When will you see results?

After the discovery and planning meeting(s) have taken place, this is when we start engaging talent pools. From here, you can expect to start seeing suitable profiles within a week.

What do we guarantee?

If your new team member(s) don’t work out in the first 6 months, we will repeat the search process for free until you get the new team member(s) you paid for!

If your bundle talent partnership is based on more than 10 hires in a 12-month period, this increases to 12 months.

How much does it cost?

We take the average salary across the agreed bundle hires; we calculate the cost per hire based on 20% of the first year's average salary; we then apply a discount based on the number of hires agreed under your bundle talent solution as shown below:

5 hires - 10% reduction in cost per hire

10 hires - 20% reduction in cost per hire

20 hires- 30% reduction in cost per hire

Example: based on 10 hires with an average salary of £50K, the cost per hire reduces from £10K per hire to £8K per hire, a saving of £20,000!
