Solo starts with a discovery and planning meeting; this typically takes an hour to complete over Teams/Zoom or in person. This essential stage forms the deep understanding required to build a bespoke talent attraction strategy for your role.

From here, we get to work on your talent shortlist; we aim to deliver a minimum of 3 qualified candidates per Solo search and utilise technology to help streamline your selection process.

When the right candidate has been selected, we provide a comprehensive on-boarding and aftercare service to maximise integration and retention of your new team member.

After the discovery and planning meeting have taken place, this is when we start engaging talent pools. From here, you can expect to start seeing suitable profiles within a week.

If your new team member doesn’t work out in the first 6 months, we will repeat the Solo search process for free until you get the new team member you paid for!

If you do not wish to repeat the search process, we offer a 6 month rebated period too.

20% of the first year's salary + VAT

How is this billed?

• Following a detailed role planning meeting, an £895 / €995 search project partnership retainer is billed
• 20% of the first year's salary less the retainer billed when your new team member starts work
