My journey into the field of Recruitment began at a later stage in my career. Previously, I was working at an Umbrella company, my day to day was spent bridging the gap between agencies and contractors. This provided me with the skillset required to successfully transition into Recruitment.
In my view, there is no sector more rewarding than this one, it allows me to connect top talent with an industry that is dedicated to continually making the world a better place.
Outside of work, it's always been football kits over dresses for me. I’m a Brighton season ticket holder and play for a women’s team which doesn't leave much time at the weekend for anything else!
