Cure Talent are thrilled to partner with a global leader in diabetes care who are seeking an Engineering Shift Technician to join their team in Dun Laoghaire.

With a legacy of nearly 100 years in insulin delivery, our partner are committed to improving the lives of those with diabetes. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high-speed assembly machines at optimal performance, driving improvements through planned and reactive maintenance and troubleshooting.

As an Engineering Shift Technician, you will play a pivotal role in the output of high-volume manufacturing environment. Responsibilities will include maintaining automated assembly machines, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements, liaising with external partners, and supporting the resolution of quality issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximise the efficiency and productivity of equipment  
• Serve as the subject matter expert for your designated machine group
• Liaise with external partners
• Engage in continuous improvement efforts
• Maintain health and safety

To be successful:

• Educated to a level 3 or HNC in an Electrical or Mechanical Discipline
• Experience in an automated manufacturing setting
• Microsoft Proficient
• Experience in regulated industry
