I started my first recruitment company called Just Temps in 1992, mainly providing short-term temporary staff for a leading global cosmetics company.
Since then, I have been involved in launching several successful recruitment companies. In 2015, I bought Express Rail based in Bromley and Mainline Resources based in Islington and merged the two companies, and two years later, I sold the enlarged business to The Berry Group, whose Chairman founded The Blue Arrow Group.
In 2017 I was instrumental in setting up Libertatem Healthcare and in 2021 Human Recruitment with Nick Cooper, formerly of Badenoch + Clarke. I was also involved in the set up and expansion of Whitefin Contracting Solutions and owned a 50% stake until recently selling out to the current directors. I still retain a significant shareholding.
I am a keen golfer, tennis player and Tottenham Hotspur season ticket holder.
