We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand market presence within the UK Care Sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a mission-driven organisation improving access to vital hearing healthcare services.
As the Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in securing high-value enterprise deals across the UK Care Sector. This individual contributor role comes with a personal sales target, and you’ll be instrumental in building strong relationships with key decision-makers while executing a high-impact sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by securing enterprise-level deals across the UK Care Sector.
- Identify and progress sales opportunities from lead generation through to deal closure.
- Develop and execute a commercial strategy that aligns with this company’s growth objectives.
- Work closely with marketing to create campaigns that generate demand and drive sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer success, to ensure client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking an experienced B2B sales professional with a proven track record of selling to large enterprise customers in the medical device or healthcare sector. You should be a strategic thinker, relationship builder and results-driven leader. Have a strong commercial acumen and ability to navigate complex sales cycles. Have the willingness to travel to engage with clients.
