We are seeking a Product Delivery Lead to drive the timely delivery of products to market, ensuring strong alignment between business objectives, customer needs, and technical execution. This is a pivotal role working across product strategy, roadmap execution, stakeholder engagement, and go-to-market success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute a market-driven product strategy, ensuring roadmap alignment with business objectives.
• Engage with healthcare professionals, patients, and stakeholders to translate insights into actionable product requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver scalable, compliant software solutions.
• Support go-to-market strategies, product launches, and customer adoption initiatives.
• Ensure products comply with healthcare regulations (e.g. ISO 13485, GDPR, ISO 27001).
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.

Your Profile:

• 5+ years’ experience leading commercial product delivery within medical devices or healthcare SaaS.
• Strong project management skills (PRINCE2, Agile, PMP certifications are a plus).
• Expertise with product management tools (e.g. JIRA, Asana).
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to work across cross-functional teams.
• Passion for user-focused, data-driven product development.
