A survey from CareerArc found that over 96% of businesses found employer branding vital to their success, but only 44% actually acted upon that idea.
As a recruitment business, one damaging mistake we see companies make time and time again is working with multiple recruiters on a vacancy. This can have a really bad impact on your employment brand with your target talent pool. Imagine going onto Rightmove to look at houses and you see the same property being marketed by multiple agents. Wouldn't you think, "What's wrong with it"?! When multiple recruiters work on your vacancy, the same thing happens!
