NHS programme linked to significant reduction in diabetes risk!

According to a recent study, the NHS England Diabetes Prevention Plan (DPP) is connected with a significant reduction in the risk of getting diabetes.

The programme has assisted people who are at high risk of developing type 2 diabetes in making lifestyle changes such as healthier food and increased physical exercise. The study discovered that programme participants were 32% less likely to develop diabetes than those who did not participate.
